I'll start by saying I'm an idiot, but can anyone help here? I had a ticket that I cancelled that has value but I lost my note of the PNR record. I don't recall where or when I was traveling (I know...) and am now searching for the record to re-use. Under the united.com, my trips, under cancelled flight, I have almost 35 records of 24 hour cancels, cancelled award tickets, etc...but most records just say no info available on that record, so I am having a hard time locating it. I called 1k desk, she was looking at my record and couldn't find it either. Anybody have a tip here? I'm about ready to just abandon my search. Anything else I might try?
