I just got this card. Statement (with required spend) cut on a Friday or Saturday and miles and companion code showed up the Sunday evening the week following (about eight days later). According to another thread on this card in the credit card forum, the bonus always posts on Sunday evening. It will either be the Sunday immediately after the statement cuts, or (as in my case) one week after that. The annual fee and statement credit (if relevant) may or may not appear on that first statement. In my case it didn't. But this does not matter as to getting the bonus miles and certificate. The first statement may also close very fast after you get your card -- I'd had it in hand less than a week -- though it sometimes takes more like a full cycle.
