HUCA, but the next agent recognized that I had called earlier, and asked me what changed that I am calling again. She said downgrading is not an option as I already had the Gold card, so she has no options for me at all. She says she had the card, and she could justiufy the fee. Didnt budge on any offers at all. I told her that I will just use up the Uber credit and then close it, for that she reminded the exact date to which I will have to call.
