Look for your bonus points to post about 4-7 days after your account closing date in the month you meet the minimum spent requirement. The Mileage Plan transaction will be back-dated as of your account closing date.

The Companion Certificate is a benefit for having the account open and in good status. There is no minimum spend reqirement. You will get one each year after your AF.
