If you print 2-dimentonal bar code, you can use touch and go under other FFP No.
That bar code is recoginised at domestic lounge entrance reader (ohter FFP's status is recognised)

BTW, if you have two or more flights from same airport on same day (e.g. HND-OKA-HND-OKA-HND), you can't use your IC equiped JAL card, you have to use bar code or go to check in counter.
