I don't know if it's official but Air Transat who used Zone B in the S terminal for check-in have relocated to the N terminal and that entire area has been cordoned off for refurbishment the last time I was there in early Nov. Zone B used to be the domestic arrivals area many years ago, so by that assumption, I imagine works have begun but I assume GAL (Gatwick Airport Limited) don't want to make announcements yet...
