Filed 2 renewal apps last week with GE. Mrs. B was due to expire in 1 month and was approved within 3 days. Boraxo Jr expired in September, and he received Conditional Approval but is now required to appear for an interview, which is quite pointless as he is 12. He has only visited Mexico, Canada, UK and France.

Is interview likely/required if you fail to apply for GE prior to expiration? Because this makes no sense....
