I just got back from a week long trip to HK, and I noticed at a few restaurants and a spa there were lines for a tip on the receipt. Since they also added the 10% service charge already, and besides I never saw tipping in HK, I just crossed it out and signed the receipts (USA cards).
Is this new? I don't remember this being the case in the past (I've been going to HK once a year for the last six or seven years).
