UGH! My Hilton account was hacked but they eventually got it fixed. I had to get a new number and log-in. They were not supper helpful either but eventually I got 15k points that they pro-actively deposited. The info given over the phone, the info via follow up emails and what actually happened was really inconsistent and all a very frustrating experience. At this point, I've also had tax returns filed in my name to the IRS, a few credit cards opened in my name, and had someone going around forging prescriptions for HIV meds. It's a nuts world out there.....
