Whilst I have not tried the new 10 abreast layout. I do think the current offering is generally very good both on the 744, 772 and 773 offering.

However where they do/can slip up is on: 2nd meal service. Breakfast offering can be very poor as you can just get one cereal bar and a drink.
Some seats have restricted foot space.

But I think it is very unfair to say they have the worst LH economy offering as I find very little between economy products when flying as they can all be hit and miss.
