If you've changed passwords, etc. as you indicate, then I would begin to question whether you have keyloggers or other malware on your computer, or perhaps they have access to your email account and are able to recover your password using the forgotten password link. Using a new email address (with a strong password you've never used before) is a reasonable next step.
