Thanks for the quick response. I ended up calling AI's call center as well and was told the same thing, to add it during check-in at the airport. Guess we'll find out, hopefully TK sends me my renewal *G credentials before I leave for this trip since mine carry a 12/18 expiry currently.
having the credentials on you won't make a difference....whatever status of yours is reflecting in their system is what they will follow....doesn't matter what credentials you have on you....
its frustrating that ai won't let you add the info beforehand but adding it at check-in is pretty painless....
