Aircraft change - how does crewing work?

My flight tomorrow has just been changed from a 772 to a 77W, though sadly with the F cabin off-limits. Does anyone know how BA crew the flight in this situation? Do they have the standard number of flight attendants for a 77W, and re-allocate the crew around the aircraft depending on passenger loads in the different cabins, or will there be less cabin crew rostered if the F cabin is closed off?
