It's a small lounge with the least service I've ever received in a Hyatt club lounge. The attendants are barely there, present but chatting with themselves or doing their second jobs - hotel call center receptionists.
They don't offer to bring tea, coffee or offer to help you with external hotel needs.
The food offerings stays mainly the same. A lot of it is recycled from Khiva restaurant from breakfast. 1 or 2 lamb or beef stews. A fried item and the usual cold items such as salad, veggies and dip, etc. I asked management for some more variety but it's stayed the same for thr last 2 weeks. The executive chef told me that they really want people to go to their overpriced, bad tasting outlets and the lounge will never change.
The fridge remains half empty even after asking a manager to fill it 2 days ago.
Beware the opened orange juice had some mold(!) in it.
Gross.
