I have a friend visiting who has a late-day itin on Monday (direct flight) out of Seattle and would like to change to an early morning flight. Any experience (especially out of Seattle) on whether there's any likelihood of leniency on the no-change policy if she asks at the airport? If so, would you suggest asking at the pre-security check in desk or going to the gate of the earlier flights?
