So I don't know what I expected but although the beef I had was good at most places it wasn't the best that I've had. My best was the rib eye at Siete Fuegos in Mendoza. I ate at Don Julio in Buenos Aires which locals told me was the "best beef in South America" and I had a fatty and muscular ribeye that was lackluster at best.
