It sounds like the $110 is just for meet and greet and walk you through immigration, pick up bags and customs.
Even if it would include the taxi from the airport, it is not worth it.
The airport is large and you have a long hike but it is beautiful done.
Taxis are plenty. Follow the taxi signs and make sure you do not take a rouge taxi driver in the arrivals hall.
