I have traveled on Acela once, in first class from Boston to Washington. My tray table was tilted, and despite my best efforts, my attention lapsed around Trenton and I allowed my gin-and-tonic to slide into my lap. Fortunately, as we were on a two-week trip, I had dry pants with me.
Just look at the roof line of those trains--they're obviously poorly designed. They can't be replaced soon enough, and when they are replaced I hope they are scrapped.
