Can someone please help me figure out what's going on with this reservation.

We have AUS-DEN-LHR and LHR-ORD-AUS booked in T class for flights in April. We requested miles + copay upgrades for the AUS-DEN-LHR flights and the reservation showed upgrade requested.

This morning I accepted a 5 minute schedule change on the LHR-ORD flight. Now the reservation still shows upgrade requested for AUS-DEN and DEN-LHR but there is an added DEN-LHR segment in PZ with a 5 minute schedule difference from the DEN-LHR segment above it in the reservation. The PZ segment does not say waitlisted as it does with waitlisted awards.
