You will have zero issues booking ANA via one of the US gateways this far out once it's open for booking.
ANA space has been open for a week if you're booking Nov 14. There's J/F space into ORD and IAD for OP's return date. Getting space on the regional flight to YYZ is another matter. I would honestly just take the one award seat AC makes available and do a separate ticket "connection" on a cash ticket for the other. ANA flights depart and arrive with traditional Japanese timeliness.
