AMEX personal platinum card

I am not sure about how much I put on my platinum card-but I am sure it is 5-8k, and I've had it for 8 years or more. I recently had a very bad experience in Portugal where my passport, Citi prestige, AMEX platinum, 250 Euros, and my Schwab debit card were all stolen AND I was on a cruise sailing out that night. AMEX was totally useless in helping me get a passport, a new card or even a money advance. All I got from them were alot of expensive phone bills from Portugal! I let the retention agent know this as well that the Uber benefit was useless to me. I did not call last year,either. I got 20,000 MR or $200 if I spend 3k in 3 months, so I took the points. I am sure I could have done better, but I am happy with this. AMEX keeps helping me out with giving me the world's leading cruise line offers-both the cash and points ones, so that's a win win for me.
