I don’t want to start a new thread. It seems like it depends on the fee to lower or raise cabin lights during take off and landing. Regional jets are the most likely to dim it for those crucial phases of flight. Anyone been able to figure out what the Sandars practice is? It must vary by airline, which totally negates the true safety factor if it’s optional.
