Higher occupancy since the country opened up with death of the first President. Many foreign government officials, UNDP staff and MNC workers stay here. Extremely expensive for local Uzbeks at 300 USD+.

GM revenue driven. Would not negotiate corporate rate down any further even with long term stay.
