Do the companions need to be on the same reservation or just accompanied by the 75K under this new policy?

If you can’t give them to family or friends, it makes lounge membership for 75K’s a little less valuable. Unless you have more than 10 person/visits per year (ex 1 person ten visits, 2 persons five visits, etc), you might as well just purchase day pases and use the complimentary ones.

ETA: AL members used to be able to purchase day passes for people not traveling with them. Wonder if that will be changed also.
