I know that people rave about Google flights but I find it marginally useful at best. They exclude too much critical information. To search for flights between specific city pairs, I find matrix much more useful, and you can easily exclude the booking codes you don't want.
I like Google flights for the map view to give me ideas on where to go. But from there I go to matrix to search for what I actually want.
