My newest peronal "enhancement" with QR is that I found award availability (booking via Qmiles) on their booking page, requested the award and was turned down. As the booking page still showed availability (attached screenshot) made a screenshot and requested again. Same answer (no availability). I escalated it and still got the same sterotyp answer. Nobody cares for my screenshot showing clearly availability.
How can a customer make a reasonable request if the shown availabilities are turned down after requesting it although still showing free space? QR really works hard to loose business.
