Are guest surveys/Medallia surveys still in use? I have 130 actual nights this year and think I've only received it once.
My apologies, but I have no idea how these are being generated.
And .. for the loyalty team, I'd love to see a simple survey for those of us platinum premier and above just asking point by point whether we received program benefits at a hotel. The loyalty team designed a good program but hotels are pretty inconsistent on it.
Glad to pass that along. We'll have to see if they will.
