So, I realise that this is a small change but do I have any rights to change anything in my itinerary now that they have changed the timings of one of the sectors albeit by just 5 mins?
Not likely unless the 5 minute change puts your connection under the minimum connection time. I believe the schedule change needs to be an hour or more to open up the opportunity to make changes.
