NO, fwr it works only for loading Serve, NOT for MO and other prepaid cards. I have not tried using them for B/Ps.
I just wonder how and why the same card reader at WM reads the GC differently for either BB or Serve? They are supposed to have the same core, only different features. I always do OV + Serve at DG. I'll try it next time at WM. But always try to avoid the OV and VVGC if Meta works everywhere.
