LAX yesterday. 22 minutes and no bags dropping. Went to AS office down from baggage claim. Two employees in office. Presented 2 boarding passes. Agent looks it up on computer. asks coworker, “it’s been over 20, should we do it or not?” They lookover the boarding passes and finally agree. ( did first class make a difference?) I was handed one voucher. Reminded them it was two passengers and (eye roll) got second one. Was only passenger to claim vouchers for flight. Bags started dropping at 30 minutes.
