I'm one of those but my phobia of looking like a DYKWIA* is such that I just put up and join and stay in the normal queue, or I might just feel obliged to report myself on the thread.
DYKWIA-look-alike-phobia can go too far though. I'm still suffering from queuing in the SYD airport mess nearly a week ago.
*Almost a dead cert, being in heels and carrying no form of mobility aids
