Hawaiian also flys to PPT from HNL, on Saturdays only IIRC. You can redeem UAL miles to fly on ANZ, and AA miles to fly on ATN. I would think Delta Skymiles would work for getting flights on AF.
Also, find a travel agent, as packages that combine air fare and hotel often offers a significant discount than booking the two separately.
My fiance are going to Tahiti on our honeymoon next year and had no problems using Delta Skymiles on AirFrance. However, make sure you call and find out when the seats are released-since the tickets are AirFrance, they are released at midnight in that time zone.
