Who’s baggage fees apply?
We ended up with an amazing fare (but HBO), but with multiple marketing/operating combos.

out bound:
- Iberia Marketed/BA Operated SEA-LHR connecting to :
- BA Marketed/BA Operated To DUB

and coming back:
- BA Marketed/AA operated AMS-PHL connecting to:
- AA Marketed/AA Operated domestic US

I’m curious who’s rules apply and who’s site we should be on to try and book luggage ahead of time to save.

fare difference was large enough that it’s worth it no matter luggage cost. (Saved 800 $USD a person for this booking style)
