The public areas are close to a 5-star but I'd say the rooms are 4 star. Pullmans are often between Sofitels and Novotels, and I say this one fits that categorization.
My mistake, I looked back at my booking and had paid for breakfast in advance. It was expensive but I was very pleased with the quality and selections.
