You are correct. I do have to correct myself earlier. Marco is the currently the operations manager but when Lyle retires in two weeks (confirmed with him yesterday) there will be a new GM coming in. Marco has a few more years before he will be ready to take over as a GM. I can’t recall the name of the new GM but hopefully they will run things as well as Lyle and team.
