Serve allows a load from an Amex CC for $200/day. I don't remember what the monthly limit is. If the plan is to load Amex gc, then I only know what's in the WIKI (allowed but will lead to shutdown)
I forget which color is which, but one charges a monthly fee, and one charges per load. I imagine you want the monthly fee one, though tbh, I don't know if the one that charges per load charges for on-line loads.
The Blue serve charges a fee for reload (up to $3.95 or something). AND it also charges a $1/month fee (unless you have $500/month direct deposit)
The Green serve has no fee for reload, but charges $4.95/month (unless you live in VT, NY, TX).
At least according to the serve website.
Supposedly one of the cards the monthly fee is $0 if you empty it out by the end of the month/closing statement.
But that's not listed on the "features and fees" tab on the serve website, AFAIK.
