Does anyone have any first hand experiences with these independent $50-80 a night 5 star hotels (according to TripAdvisor) that they can share first hand? I’m curious for specific hotel recommendations in Phnom Penh regardless of location. Any first hand accounts of some cheap hotels that have terrific reviews would be nice.

FWIW I’m completely ignorant as to where one should stay in Phnom Penh, or what one should see or do.
