Some on-strip casino properties (e.g., Venetian / Palazzo) don't charge for parking, some don't charge for hotel guests (e.g., Wynn / Encore ), and many more don't charge depending on loyalty status, which can sometimes be matched depending on hotel loyalty (e.g., WoH to mLife).

As others have mentioned, the walk to self-parking can be a bigger factor.
