Serve allows a load from an Amex CC for $200/day. I don't remember what the monthly limit is. If the plan is to load Amex gc, then I only know what's in the WIKI (allowed but will lead to shutdown)
I forget which color is which, but one charges a monthly fee, and one charges per load. I imagine you want the monthly fee one, though tbh, I don't know if the one that charges per load charges for on-line loads.
