How does BA decide which flights to cancel, which to delay and which to run?
A propos of nothing in particular apart from bad weather in London causing flight cancellations and delays at Heathrow...please can anybody tell me the ‘rationale’ behind BAs decisions to cancel delay or run certain flights? I would be interested in finding out I understand reasons for not cancelling long haul flights but why do certain short haul flights get delayed or cancelled whilst others run as ‘normal’. Thank you
