hi! I recently stayed at an Intercontinental hotel over a weekend and booked it using my free weekend night ambassador certificate. When I checked out, the hotel didn't collect my free weekend night certificate. Im wondering if I could possibly use this certificate now at another hotel for another free weekend night? Has this happened to anyone? Will IHG keep track of this at a corporate level? Thanks!
