The Hindu meal is not a vegetarian dish although it is free of beef, meat derivatives, veal or pork so the Asian Vegetarian meal would be the one to go for.

If your wife is travelling on a day time flight (ie not sleeper service) then she might wish to opt for the vegetarian dish of the day. I am reliably informed (thanks Dave C) that the Club World menu has a vegetarian option on each flight - a useful back up.

If however your wife is travelling on a sleeper flight, she will be offered a vegetarian meal during pre-board dining in the Terraces lounge.
