It depends on timing. The QF F Lounge is definitely the best choice if you are on the earlier BA departure from LAX as there won't be many OW pax using this lounge. Also the a-la-carte dining in QF is pretty good. However the lounge could be crowded at night as there are multiple QF/CX departures, unless you are departing on off-peak days/vacations like thanksgiving weekend in US. If you don't mind walking, as someone has already stated, you can use the T4 AA Flagship Lounge, which is very decent too.


TBIT has a security line for all premium pax departing from LAX, but it also gets crowded from time to time. LAX security does not care which terminal you enter from so you can eventually use other terminal security checks, but personally I do not think it's worth the effort walking between terminals if you are to drop your bag at BA's TBIT counters.
