Have a look at the BA Silver Book http://www.batraveltrade.com/cms/b2...silverbook0.pdf and you might find your answer, I found out from a previous version that I wanted to get a lacto Vegeterian meal after having an Asian one once and finding it far too hot.

Alternatively try calling the Exec Club.
