Help- Booking / ticket no longer exists - what to do?
Hi,
I recently purchased Etihad flights via an online travel agent (one of the well known ones in the UK) and received the e-ticket from Etihad with the PNR.
One month later, I'm trying to access the booking to choose meals and check the details, and the booking can't be found.
I spoke to EY social media support, and they said the ticket hasn't been issued, which is really odd as I have the e-ticket and it says 'confirmed'. I've also made several other bookings in the past and it's been fine.
What do you think should be done as next steps?
