My account was hacked again - within a week. I had to call up again as my account was locked.
The call centre staff would not give any info out apart from a gift card had been ordered.

so a new email and PIN number did not achieve anything
No email received my end - the first i knew anything about it was trying to log into my account on my laptop.

The app was still working though but i could not view my personal info
