Uber had a designated pick up point which is very easy to find, when you arrive in CPT from the Domestic side simply go straight and slightly left, there are 2 exit doors, you need the one that is straight ahead, once you are out you will see signs to the 'e-hailing pickup area' which is basically in the P1 parking building about 50m in front.
