I had a quick overnight stay so wasn't too fussed about Platinum upgrade etc. However I was upgraded to a suite, there was a welcoming plate of fruit, there was Internet access, and I took the 500 points in lieu of breakfast. My one small gripe was checkout - I attempted to check out online and was told by the App that that wasn't possible, and to head to Reception. I ignored that request, put my room key in the Express Checkout and was on my way. No porters etc on the Lobby around 6am and if you stand at the top of the steps it's not possible to see the lone cabbie waiting down the bottom and to the left, so I hailed a passing cab from the street, walked down the steps and only then realised there was a cab there already
