Yup-the Boingo that can be used on SQ that is provided by the Mastercard parnerships seems to be much closer to an actual Boingo subscription. The AMEX Boingo preferred plan only provides access to Boingo
hotspots, not Boingo
memberships that have access to
chargable Boingo networks like SQ wifi. However a quick search on the Boingo site only mentions hotspots, not minutes/etc...
