Anyone else is getting this stupid error while using rewards points for a new flight?

If you continue to receive this message, try an alternate form of payment or contact a Southwest Airlines Customer Representative for assistance at 1-800-I-FLY-SWA (1-800-435-9792).
Tried several credit cards already and always fails.
